Pricing: Pricing ranges from $3,250 to $3,700 depending on accommodation type. Shared accommodations are in rooms with two queen beds. Premium accommodations include our Colter Room, Bunkhouse Cabin, and Glamping Tent. These packages are all-inclusive so the listed cost includes your lodging, meals, and all of the activities, excursions, and events during the retreat. The only things not included in this cost are transportation to the ranch, alcoholic beverages, and any gratuities you wish to leave your guides or our kitchen staff.
Shared Accommodations: $3,250 per person

Travel Information
Traveling to our Women’s Retreat is an adventure in itself, offering stunning views of Yellowstone National Park and the majestic Beartooth Mountains along some of the most scenic and iconic roads in America. Please note that transportation is not included in the retreat package. However, we are happy to assist you in organizing and setting up transportation to the ranch, offering a range of options to suit various budgets and preferences.

Car Transfer
Car transfers are available for those flying into Bozeman, MT; Billings, MT; or Cody, WY. Prices vary depending on the airport and typically range from $100 to $500 per direction. We can assist in arranging shared transfers with other guests traveling to the ranch. Private and group transfers are available. For a mixed experience, you can also choose to take a helicopter to the ranch and return to the airport by car shuttle. -
Car Rental
Renting a car for the week is our most popular option, offering flexibility and convenience. Prices vary depending on the rental company and vehicle type. Having your own car allows for seamless transportation into Yellowstone for day trip excursions and gives participants the freedom to explore the area during itinerary downtimes. We recommend that participants rent cars and drive to the ranch from one of the following three airports:-

Helicopter Transfer
Experience the breathtaking beauty of Yellowstone National Park from above with a helicopter transfer. This luxurious option takes you directly from Bozeman Airport to the ranch. The cost is approximately $1,000 per person, per direction. It’s a splurge, but an unforgettable adventure!

Day 1
Check-In & Welcome Dinner
Our journey kicks off on Monday with a warm ranch welcome. Check into your rooms and get settled before joining is for a welcome dinner. Cap off the evening with the sweet melodies of live music serenading you around the mesmerizing campfire.

Day 2
Explore the Beartooth Mountains
Tuesday unfolds as a 'freestyle' day, a delightful smorgasbord of activities awaits! Choose from horseback riding, fly-fishing, or kayaking, all under the guidance of our expert instructors. Picture yourself astride a majestic horse, casting a line into crystal-clear waters, or gracefully paddling on the serene lake. The day is yours to explore, experience, and revel in the joys of the great outdoors.
Day 3
Embark into Yellowstone
Midweek magic arrives on Wednesday as we traverse the breathtaking landscapes of Yellowstone National Park and the Beartooth Mountains on horseback or try your hand at fly-fishing the renowned waters of Yellowstone, Tailor your experience to match your preferences, creating unique memories and experiences.
Day 4
Rest & Renewal
Thursday invites you to unwind and rejuvenate with a day dedicated to self-care. Indulge in massages and peaceful down time at the ranch. For the nature enthusiasts, an optional 6-mile alpine lake loop hike awaits, exploring the alpine lakes of the Beartooth Mountains.

Back in the Saddle
As the week progresses into Friday, smaller group excursions will allow for customized adventure into Yellowstone, Delving deeper into the wonders of Yellowstone National Park and the Beartooth Mountains. Check-Out
